Just some random facts and oddities:
1. I prefer breakfast for dinner time, and dinner time for breakfast. I prefer my biggest meals to be earlier in the day...
2. If I could, I would have a small farm out on the East end of Long Island, or in the Hudson Valley of New York. This farm would have goats that would eat the finest herbs, the freshest grass- and I'd make artesenal hand crafted goat cheeses. Also I'd have all sorts of heirloom chickens, and have farm fresh eggs. Also I'd grow flowers. Zinnias, snap dragons and wildflowers. There would be a field for picking, and then a separate field for the honey bees that I'd cultivate for their honey. Seasonally, I'd have a small cafe and farm stand. The cafe would serve only local foods from the area, as would the farmstand.
3.My dreams to see the world are always fueled. Everything makes me want to travel. People with unique accents, the smell of food cooking if I'm walking down the right block or a photograph.
4. I am perfectly content on a rainy day, and wish there were more of them. I enjoy drinking tea, and getting some cozy activity taken care of (such as knitting, painting, or reading...who wants to do that when it's sunny?)
5. There is a part of me that wants to be free at all times to do as I wish. This is why the traveling for my job makes me so happy...but it's also why I'm an avid road, and day tripper.
6. My life has blessed me with many good friends. They say if you can count them on one hand you're lucky, but I need 2 or more.
7. I feel that it is my succinct duty to save the world. I don't want anyone to tell me I can't. We all can. It's one person, one day at a time- it can and will happen.
8. My biggest pet peeve, aside from sleeping past 8, is the applause of mediocrity.
9. The best Pizza in the world (yes, the world) comes from VIPizza in Bayside on Bell Blvd.
10. My overactive imagination still gets me in trouble....
