C'est la vie

Life is wonderful...the suffering, the joy, the pain, the pleasure. It's all a miraculous balancing act and I LOVE IT.

So the past few weeks I've been busy with work and a whole lot of playing catch up from my time off. That's always the case I find. So work work work and some play still makes me happy. Things in my my life are great.

The same can not be said for the people of Haiti. It's a shame that people have to suffer that kind of disruption in their lives, but it's an unfortunate reminder for everyone who is able to have a computer screen in front of them and most likely some kind of snack at their disposal that we are all so truly blessed. If you are interested in helping a few links are:

Habitat for Humanity.

This is the organization that Wyclef Jean (formerly of the Fugees) created to help the already impoverished nation of Haiti. It's focus right now is on helping in relief efforts and providing real time information. I'm impressed because this man uses his money and noteriety for making a difference, and not getting a reality tv show and pimping his ride. Thank goodness. The vapid shallowness that has become an epidemic in this world is getting OLD. Fast. So I am pleased to share this link as well.

And then there is the Red Cross.

And today's busy schedule doesn't really allow me to say much more. It's not an interesting blog entry. However I hope that it gives you an opportunity to help others. Which quite frankly is much more important than any blog. Even Perez Hiltons.

My next entry WILL however be filled with some really exciting and interesting tid-bits. I'm really happy to share all about it when I have more time. Stay tuned..

Whoa what was that?!

With the festivities of the holiday season behind me...and of course the starry eyed proclaimations of what will be for the year ahead I just have to say that I am throughly exhausted.

I think that the next substantial blog will have to be in the next few days. Until then...

Autumn, 09

Being busy as a bee makes me have all the more respect for the little guys. Here is some good news for them!
